Paraclete Aviation Life Support Limited Warranty
The warranty covers parts and labor for the following items:
- One year for electronics
- Five years for helmet shell
If the item cannot be repaired than Paraclete will replace or substitute for an equivalent item.
The party filing a claim shall contact email@example.com with their issue.
It is the responsibility of the party to ship the product back to 1792 Alpine Drive, Clarksville, TN 37040. Paraclete Aviation Life Support (Paraclete) shall be responsible for the return shipment.
Coverage is to include manufacturing defect and issues arrived through normal wear. It does not cover the improper use of safety equipment.
It is recommended by the manufacturer, Paraclete, that helmets are inspected annually with records maintained. Refurbishments should be conducted every (3) three years by experienced, certified or equivalent personnel.
Boa® provides replaceable parts at no charge for the life of the product. To obtain warranty replacement parts, visit our warranty page, https://ParacleteLifeSupport.com/File-Warranty-Claim/. We try to process returns and replacement parts as quickly as possible and usually within two weeks; however, we reserve the right to take up to 8 weeks for processing.
